About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Farmington Hills, Leeza's Cafe is a charming breakfast destination that expertly blends comforting homemade flavor with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Specializing in breakfast and brunch, this delightful café delivers an extensive menu where fresh ingredients and soulful cooking come together beautifully.

Whether you're craving the crisply golden Potato Pancake Benedict, the satisfyingly hearty Country Style Scramble, or the decadently sweet Caramelized Banana French Toast, Leeza’s offers a spectrum of dishes that comfort and delight with every bite. Their Belgian Waffle and Caramelized Banana Walnut Waffle are fluffy, tender, and perfectly balanced, topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream that melt indulgently on your palate.

For those seeking savory options, the Greek Omelette with olives, feta, and fresh vegetables bursts with Mediterranean freshness, while the Salmon Scramble—featuring lox, dill, and cream cheese—delivers a sophisticated flavor profile that’s both rich and light. Wraps like the Chicken Avocado or Greek Chicken are packed with fresh ingredients, making them a fantastic grab-and-go option without sacrificing taste or quality.

Guests consistently praise Leeza’s for their authentically homemade feel. Stephen Dudzik sums it up perfectly, saying the potato pancakes “brought back warm memories” and the experience felt like “my Mom was cooking.” This genuine neighborhood vibe shines through not only in the food but in the attentive and heartfelt service that makes every visitor feel like part of the family.

Mike Partridge noted the attentive staff and speedy service, highlighting crowd-pleasers like the perfect fries and tater tots alongside standout dishes such as their gyro with tangy tzatziki sauce. Although the occasional dish like the BLT might fall a bit short of expectations, the overall focus remains on hearty, made-to-order meals crafted with care.

The atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, punctuated by friendly conversations and genuine smiles. Sam Rozenberg points out Leeza's genuine hospitality and the owner’s personal engagement with guests, creating a warm, family-style diner experience that feels rare in today’s fast-paced dining world. Ashley Yaldo further emphasizes the welcoming ambiance, praising servers like Sara who provide attentive, caring service, rounding out the café experience with a human touch.

Leeza’s Cafe isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a place to savor nostalgic flavors, enjoy honest-to-goodness cooking, and feel truly welcomed. For those in Farmington Hills craving a breakfast spot that serves up both nostalgic comfort and fresh, diverse choices with a smile, Leeza’s is a must-visit gem.

Best potato pancakes around. Super friendly it made me feel like my Mom was cooking. Brought back warm memories. Definitely not a chain restaurant vibe but a neighbor one.

Had a good experience here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was served very quickly. Overall the food was good. The fries were really good, and the tater tots were also good. The gyro was pretty good with a nice tiziki sauce. The BLT, was a little dissapointing. It was very close to what you would make at home with a toaster and some bacon. It looks like the specialty is eggs and omletts, so I will have to try those next time I visit. There is a big variety of breakfast food that looks very interesting.

The best owner-operated family-style diner. Excellent, friendly service and tasty food made to order. Leeza is friendly and hospitable, trying not only to meet everyone but also to have a sincere conversation with each one. Just the way a family restaurant should be!

I was driving around the area looking for a place for breakfast and maybe a coffee, and Google Maps revealed Leeza's Cafe was only 1/2 mile from my location. This is such an awesome find! Generous menu, good solid coffee, outstanding customer service -- especially from the owner!! Yes, the owner talks to her customers and is involved!!! I got the Avocado Lox Eggs Benedict -- amazing!! I'm looking forward to visiting again and trying more of the creative items on the menu.

Went to Leeza’s Café and had the “Leeza’s Bowl,” which was easily one of the best bowls/skillets I’ve ever had. It was the perfect balance of savory with a hint of sweetness, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!
